Choose low-fat lean cuts of beef, or pork, veal, or lamb.  Look for “round”, or “loin”, or “leg” cuts on the packaging.  Trim other fat off before cooking, cooking by broiling, baking, or roasting.

    Grass-Fed Finished Dairy, as cheese, milk, butter, and Dairy Substitutes and Brown Eggs. (A) Choose skim milk or low-fat milk, or enriched milk substitutes.
