In fact, research, like this 2011 American Psychology (NIH) study have often noticed and confirmed a compounding effect or an upward spiral that occurs with positive and happy people. But, don’t fret, as you will learn shortly, you do have the ability to influence it’s actions. Most of these processes can be going on in your subconscious mind without you being aware of them.
Mind Over Matter
One thing you need to know about the subconscious is, it can’t distinguish between “reality” and “non-reality”, and that you can tap into its powers and use that to achieve a better healthy mind and body, and a desired success. You can command the unconscious mind using PMA for a desired outcome which intern ensure your success in life. The thoughts and actions that you put into your schedule on a daily basis are what trains your subconscious mind.
To break from this perceived setting, you need to re-wire your brain with such affirmative sentences. What is known famously as the “confirmation bias”, the subconscious mind just perceives everything the way you make it feel. The RAS transmits information between the conscious and subconscious minds and the other beautiful thing about it is that it doesn’t question you at all. Whatever you tell it, it will believe because it does not distinguish between fact and fiction. It simply obeys commands from your conscious mind.
One major way you can engage in commanding the subconscious mind is through speaking or relating “intent” and by guarding against what enters your subconscious. Although you may not be aware of how images and impressions reach the unconscious mind, just know what you profess and how you act matters.
You need to avoid every negative idea, image, thought, picture and feedback and emphasize intent. When you set your intent you are directing your RAS to stretch towards your desired goal and future, and to also enjoy the journey getting there, according to a 2012 NLP Institute “Neuroscience and Creating An Optimal Future For Yourself” study.
To gain an experience in speaking to yourself and how it should be done by setting your intent and positively programming your RAS, try saying the following three sentences to yourself:
“I hope to enjoy my dinner tonight.” Notice how you actually think about this using your internal pictures, voices, and feelings.
“I want to enjoy dinner tonight.” Notice how you actually think about this using your internal pictures, voices, and feelings what is different from the first question?
“I intend to enjoy my dinner tonight.” Notice how you actually think about this using your internal pictures, voices, and feelings and what is different from the first two questions?
Now, pay attention to how each of these simple changes in your language creates a very different experience. For most people, the first question will produce some doubt because multiple images will appear in your mind representing different possibilities of one is that you may enjoy dinner and the other one being that you won’t.
When you say in 2nd option, “I want to enjoy dinner tonight,” you will typically see what you want in the future, but you may not see yourself having it now. The future then may feel compelling because you see what you want. But there is still some room for doubt because it is more difficult to put yourself into the actual experience of achieving it.
The third option of intending (no doubt) to enjoy your dinner should put you into the act of fully enjoying your experience and being present to it.
Intending for something to happen will generally associate you into the experience of achieving your goal and all the feelings, images and sounds that go with it. Quoting the research:
When you set your intent, you are marrying your subconscious mind with your conscious will to make something happen. It is like you are sending your RAS a message that you are “expecting” the event to happen, and there is absolutely no room for uncertainty.
One very effective tool that you can also use to change a belief is listening to audio narrative such a meditation recording or an affirmation recording, according to a 2017 Frontiers In Psychology (NIH) study, for example. The NIH reviewed study confirmed the effectiveness of listening to music-based recording interventions to improve symptoms of depression. This works best in the last five minutes before you go to sleep and in the first five minutes upon waking because that is when the subconscious mind is most receptive to information.

Positive Emotions For H.I.V. Patients
How does lack of knowledge and education effect affect people negatively on the risks of HIV? According to a 2019 study published in the African Journal of Primary Health Care and Family Medicine (NIH) in Ghana, youths aged 15–24 years constitute the group most vulnerable to HIV infection. Inadequate knowledge, negative attitudes and risky practices are major hindrances to preventing the spread of HIV.
Participants generally had inadequate knowledge regarding HIV/AIDS, manifested negative attitudes towards PLHIV and also engaged in risky practices that might predispose them to HIV transmission. Our findings underscore the need for culturally adapted and age-oriented basic HIV information for youths in the metropolis on misconceptions about HIV transmission, negative attitudes of students towards PLHIV as well as the risky practices of students regarding HIV.
2014 research from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, studied 159 people who had recently learned they had H.I.V. and randomly assigned them to either a five-session “positive emotions training”, involving learning 8 positive-inducing skills in the course, or five sessions of general support.

Psychologically, a positive view can enhance belief in one’s abilities, decrease perceived stress, reducing inflammation, and foster healthful behaviors. Another study showed that optimistic older adults are 55 percent less likely to die earlier than their gloomier counterparts.
